ZAC FOX JOINS THE BOARD OF AIF

Kilimanjaro’s Group COO has been elected to join the board of the Association of Independent Festivals (AIF). The AIF is the UK’s leading non-profit festival trade association and was created to represent and empower independent festivals.”

Paul Reed, CEO of AIF said  “We are delighted to welcome Zac Fox at Kilimanjaro Live to the AIF board. It is vital that as the festival industry hopefully begins to emerges from the worst effects of the pandemic that our membership has strong and effective leadership to navigate beyond this and through the many challenges the sector faces, not least supply chain issues and Brexit. Zac’s vast operational experience delivering large scale events and wider insights into the touring market have already proved invaluable to AIF and its fantastic that Zac has agreed to become more involved in the association on this strategic level.”

Zac Fox said “The AIF has done such a great job of bringing together and therefore amplifying the voices of independent festivals, especially during the past 2 years. Paul Reed has made sure that AIF members have been represented in high level forums and that their needs have been considered alongside those of the global festival companies. Joining the board at such a vital time is an honour and I am very much looking forward to taking my seat alongside the amazing industry professionals who make up the board.”
